How it works: once the page loads, look to the bottom right of the picture and click there. Then click to Sign Guestbook. After you write something it will say it takes 24 hours for approval. Actually it's more like 12 hours. The tributes are growing. Adding a picture takes a bit of work; it has to be a certain size. It's becoming a nice gathering.
