sex to make it interesting, and crimes being covered up because of the sex. basically sheriff Makita has been banging at least 3 people in the office, his undersheriff, the comptroller, and the head dispatcher. all were promoted because of sex, and despite their not being qualified. pressure is growing for him to resign.
