5. oh my. Perfectly draining soil, no clay or rocks or disease.

No deer or critters around that mandate fencing. Plenty of space to grow all of the heirloom and other breeding project tomatoes, peppers and eggplant on my wishlist to grow - we are talking acres. And while we are at it, knees that don't have torn ACLs so that I can spend hours out there and not ache afterwards!
