They headlined a benefit for the California Marijuana Initiative to decriminalize pot at the now-defunct Winterland. As I recall, they didn't come on till well after midnight. It was a wonderful show. Dan Hicks and Stoneground preceded them. Here Hot Tuna's whole set with Papa John ...
