That's unfortunate and I am sorry for your pain. Falling freaks me out and usually ends up hurting something to some degree.
If you have bruising you could apply arnica for a day or two to help the blood reabsorb. For really good pain ease and healing promotion, if you're open to such things, you might apply a comfrey salve on the pain areas for a couple days, can make a long healing process a lot shorter. Those are my go to remedies along with IB. Neither of those herbs are recommended for long term use, for short spells only, but they are effective.
