They paid a fixer $500,000 and got caught and then plead innocent, was found guilty and is now awaiting a sentence of some length.

Felicity Huffman, otoh, also got caught but she bit the bullet, admitted guilt, served only eleven days and got it behind her. Plus she only paid the fixer $15,000 in the first place.
