you must put DC on your bucket list. Wear some great walking shoes and come in the early summer time. I don't know if you ever been in this part of the east coast but it gets very humid. But if you come you won't be sorry. There are so many places to go and visit that are free. Even the museums and the National Zoo are free. Then you can go to Baltimore. Virgina. Then day a train for a day trip up to NYC.
