3. Mostly right about the 7th CD...

The stat I question is the median income for the district....it's one of the poorest districts in the U.S. as far as I can remember....economy is resource/extraction dependent and always has been. Plus you "can't get there from here"...there's very little air service and no bus lines...railroads pulled out years ago....

The district was gerrymandered to include St Croix County where Twin Cities Yuppies reside within commuting distance of St Paul....mostly republican.
