Crazy Bob Spink was briefly a member of UKIP in 2008, having moved from Tory to Independent to UKIP, and then back to Independent-but-supporting-UKIP.

Best known perhaps for the vile election advert that he used when still a Tory: "What bit of 'send them back' don't you understand Mr Blair?"
