1. It's a standard class B device statement

The statement is included with nearly every electronic thing you purchase. Here's my limited understanding: Class A electronic devices are marketed for business only. Class B electronic devices are marketed for home use. Since most electronic devices give off some small amount of emissions that can interfere with radio broadcasts, the FCC requires that class B devices be configured to minimize radio interference so that neighboring dwellings won't be affected.
