People tend to back off foreign language shows but I would like to say that you get use to the subtitles very quickly. There are so many wonderful shows out there.

Here are some of my favorites:

Netflix:

Midnight Diner: Tokyo Stories (Japan)
Deadwind (Finland)
Bordertown (Finland)
Rita (Denmark)
Occupied (Norway)
Hashoter Hatov (Israel)

You can also watch the first 3 seasons of Outlander, which is in English. An English woman in the 1940's "falls through time" and travels back to the 1700's in Scotland. It is great.

And of course, Grace and Frankle.
