Appetizer: bruschetta. Crusty bread, broccoli rabe/tomato/mozzarella.

Main course is chicken cutlets with herb sauce the RG made.

Cubed, roasted potatoes.

Tossed green salad with French dressing.

Cornbread made in the cast iron skillet.

Pineapple peach kombucha.

No dessert tonight.

Watching "The Dig" on Netflix during dinner!
