Steamed lobster tails on iceberg lettuce with thin red onion rings, halves of cherry tomatoes, slices of cucumber with lemon and cocktail sauce on the side.

Broiled sirloin filets with a pepper sauce. Mashed garlicky potatoes. Steamed spinach.

Cabernet.

Vanilla ice cream.
