I used it to make cupcakes for a class party and nobody could tell the difference.

One mother had pitched a fit about my intention of making egg-free cupcakes for the first grade class. She insisted on baking and bringing in normal cupcakes, even though that meant my daughter couldn't have one.

I said my daughter would be singled out and unable to have a cupcake, so please let me bring in eggless cupcakes. I made them anyway so the kids could have one of each, and my daughter could have 2 eggless ones.

They came out fine, and afterward the mother apologized to me. Normally I wouldn't make an issue of this, but I didn't want my child sitting out the party while everyone else had cupcakes.
