8. Our morel season on my farm was

only so so in an otherwise heavy year. I did not have enough to do much with so I cooked them in butter until they were about half done and froze them. I will use them in stuffing for Thanksgiving and Christmas meals. Mushrooms with a lot of big flavor really make stuffing special, gravy too.
