10. I use my Mom's trick

Instead of breadcrumbs, we tear up white sandwich bread into tiny pieces. It makes the meatloaf more moist and gives it a very pleasant texture. You have to increase the amount spices/seasonings a little bit, though, so the bread doesn’t make the meatloaf bland.
