My boys are camping and I'm home with my senior doggo who is day to day at this point. I am making a salad with the baby greens, radishes, salad turnips and sugar snap peas that I bought at the farmer's market this morning. I'll top it with fried maifun rice noodles and grilled shrimp. Grilled naan on the side. Oh, and a nice sauvignon blanc. Cheers!
