We had a weird combo tonight. My son is visiting and he loves guacamole so we started with that.

For dinner, we changed continents and went Asian. Seared tuna steaks in a black 'n' blue style served with wasabi and pickled ginger. This was accompanied by a bowl of very thin noodles with chopped vegetables.

Dessert was slices of oranges.
