My wife is away for two weeks with her mother, so I am spasming against a simple fast-food or prepared-food diet….
Tonight, I’m pan-frying a salmon fillet and then treating it with some teriyaki sauce. Steaming white rice, and will sauté up some broccoli and garlic.
It’s tougher than just going and picking up a yummy pizza (rural setting, no delivs here) but these threads impress and inspire me to cook better here at home, even when it’s just me.
