call the vet but if it were me I would try to
find the place that was burned. Trim fur if necessary and then just use neosporin on
it several times a day. Cats and dogs are going to lick the area. So either you'll need to watch him to try to stop him from licking it and you can probably get a cone collar from the vet or I think PetSmart might have them too.
I do not think I'd put Hydrogen Peroxide on
a burn, but again I'd just call your vet and get their opinion.
