Our marvelous, handsome and giant hearted guy crossed over yesterday. [View all]

Galen was 12.5 years old this month, we knew he was dying, and after a bad 3 days this week, we managed to get thru the bitter cold, snow and ice to the vet's. He slipped away, looking me in the eye as I held him.

I know all of you guys understand why it is so damn hard to do the right thing. My heart is shattered.
