I think this has almost certainly been someone's pet. Sometimes people dump them just as they dump dogs and cats. Bunnies can be very sweet pets, but not everyone is up to caring for them long term. Maybe it just escaped from someone's home. Poor little thing. I hope he/she gets a good home. It looks scared to death. Make sure it has water. Can you take it to a vet tomorrow to make sure it isn't injured? Please keep us posted.

Be careful feeding it. Neighbours had a bunny in a building i lived in long sgo.
