9. Does it work with bigger dogs?

I've been afraid to use this, frankly, because my 90lb hound dog has pulled me off my feet twice (that did not end well for me, either time). She's a rescue dog, 8-9 years old, and out-of-control when she gets excited. I've gotten to the point where I'm not comfortable taking her to the local dog park; her lunge out of the car and toward the dog park gate (at least she heads in the right direction!) leaves me pretty vulnerable. (I'm in my late 60s and not in good health.)
