I'm amazed at the stupidity of people that don't realize there are already background check requirements in place, at both the Federal and most state levels. Gun store, Gun show, private sales, doesn't matter.

They seem to think you can just walk in, lay down your cash and walk out armed.

It seems to be the favorite meme of the "less informed" gun control fans.

What will they do for faux outrage if this passes?
