Seven Story Mountain by Thomas Merton
The Long Loneliness by Dorothy Day
The Hiding Place by Corrie ten Boom
The Trapp Family Singers by Maria von Trapp
The Road to Emmaus by ??
Brother Petroc's Return by S.M.C.
Several novels by Fr. Andy Greeley
These are the ones that come to mind-but I'm sure that there are others that have helped to form me.
