saying something to the effect that "Service members now PROHIBITED from receiving religious articles in military hospitals", some other bottom-feeding WH staffer whispers it where his Dumbness can hear it and, voila - we have a new Executive Order prohibiting that horrible practice. Now THAT's what I'm talkin' about - that's Presidenting!
