Burning my egg foo young....they have the burners on tooo high, mainly to heat the food fast, but egg foo is delicate, needs between low and medium heat...
I love Chinese food and think very highly of their choice of ingredients and sauces to make the delicious flavors...yum, getting hungry , I think I’ll order Chinese tomorrow...
