it seem to be doing two things at the same time:
1) downplaying the turnout for Sanders by
2) completely ignoring how many INDEPENDENTS turned out
to vote for Bernie. <--she didn't even mention Indies, did she?

The drop in turnout was solely because Hillary failed to turn out the vote for herself.
