2016 Postmortem
In reply to the discussion: Santorum would be a courageous and brilliant GE opponent, we should fear him. [View all]HopeHoops
(47,675 posts)29. Think about that for a moment. Casey kicked the SHIT out of him and he was the incumbent in 06!
Mr. Frothy just has to open his mouth and stupid flows out. Casey's smart, but not particularly good with a crowd or an enthusiastic speaker and he still opened a can of whoop-ass on Santorum - 17 points - freakin' 17 points in PA (technically 17.4, but still)! Even the rural areas leaned toward Casey. Mr. Frothy can count PA out of the Electoral College if he gets the nomination.
Oh, and how about that $100,000 he still owes Penn Hills for the con job to "cyberschool" his kids while they lived in Leesburg?

I was just telling my family that Rick Santorum might almost make ME want to vote Republican.

I got it the first time. I guess I'm just saying "IF" he gets the nomination, PA is out for him.
