How many days after Clinton becomes president will Congress begin impeachment proceedings? [View all]

Hypothetically Clinton gets elected president. Hypothetically more or less the same nutjob whackadoodle congress returns for its 2016 session. When will the impeachment over <what the fuck ever> begin?
