My neighbor used to claim deductions for time he spent volunteering on various Rotary Club functions. He tried to get me to do the same thing but I never bothered.

Perhaps you could enlighten me. Or if you think Skinner's explanation will clear it up post a link.

Was money transferred from the campaign account to Clinton's personal account?

If so, was this money ostensibly repayment for "in kind contributions" (services rendered) the candidate made to her own campaign?
