You say "Bernie and Hillary are both flawed as are all of us." I agree, but the flaws I see in Sanders are superficial (if I were to create an ideal candidate, for example, I might choose one who was a little younger than Sanders).
Hillary has experience (by analogy, I were looking for a boat captain, I agree that she is a good and capable pilot), but her experience leads her to pull us in the wrong direction and toward more international conflict toward emphasizing commerce ahead of the environment or domestic jobs (so she's a capable pilot but wants to steer the boat in the wrong direction).
I don't hate Hillary. I have said a thousand times, she is the favorite and Sanders is the long-shot underdog, and I will vote for the nominee no matter who it is (that means I think, more likely than not, I'll be voting for Hillary in the Fall). What I dislike about Hillary's candidacy is (1) her moderate/centrist platform is somewhere in the middle between Sanders' platform and the Republican platform and I strongly prefer Sanders' platform among those options and (2) she is status quo candidate who is distrusted and disliked by the voters we need to support our nominee if we are going to win in the Fall (I distrust Hillary somewhat, but I distrust Cruz far, far more, and I don't dislike Hillary but I am aware that millions of independent and young Democratic voters who do and this enhances my concerns about her electability).
