Is Obama just stupid or has he sold out to the Wall Street .01% ?

TPP would never have gotten Fast Track Authority unless Obama pushed for it.

Hillary has not genuinely opposed TPP or pledged to veto TPP. Is Hillary just stupid or has she sold out to the Wall Street .01% ?
