The SCOTUS has decided that public figures have less rights than .... most of you.

Fluke is a public figure..like me.

So lets go down the standing of a public figure willing to sue.

False check
Knowingly false..check
Said with malice ..Check

Yeah she has a really good case.

Go for the 400M$. Go for it girl.
