Only a woman who has never experienced sexism could post this.

Either you're extremely young (i.e., under 35), or you've been incredibly lucky, or you have a job in which you don't present a threat to sexist men. Try being a female scientist or engineer or computer programmer, and come back and tell us about how acknowledging that sexism exists amounts to "playing the gender card" and makes women look weak.

I wonder if you would be lecturing any other minority about how they appear weak when they complain about discrimination against their group. Would you say this to Jewish people? Black people? Asians? Gay people? Transsexuals? Why is it that sexism is the only kind of discrimination in which the victim looks "weak" if she dares to acknowledge it, let alone complain about it? How can we fight sexism if we're not even allowed to object to it?


It's interesting that Warren considers men weak for objecting to women bringing up gender issues, while you consider women weak for bringing up gender issues.
