but I still think anyone who votes for him must have been at the roulette tables when the brains were passed out.

A more realistic worry is that Trump will majorly piss off a large number of our allies, resulting in barriers to trade, punitive embargoes against the US (ever check to see how much produce comes from Mexico?), restrictions on US companies and citizens abroad, and so forth. The economic damage to the US would be huge, and, unlike a casino, we can't just default on our loans and start again.
