and is endorsing the only primary candidate who has been a Democrat throughout her adult life.

Brown stepped back into the Governorship to save California from itself, and has succeeded beyond most people's expectations. He is a pragmatist as well as a progressive. He also understands US politics very well and knows that Hillary Clinton can defeat the likes of Donald Trump better than Sanders can in 2016.

That's why it is no surprise to me that he has endorsed Hillary Clinton. As a superdelegate and the most prominent member of that state's delegation to the convention, his endorsement matters a great deal with many California voters.
