Explained something. If your mother doesn't let you back inside the house -- blocks the door when you are four and you are being bullied outside -- she teaches you to be tough and resilient (which Hillary has in spades) but she doesn't teach you to be soft or vulnerable. In fact, she teaches you that even your own mother doesn't have your back.

I grew up with a sweet, protective older sister and softhearted mother. I feel no need to hide myself or my feelings, because I was made to feel safe and protected by others.

It's not wrong; it's just different.

None of us are perfect. I just wanted to get a feeling about "who is the real Hillary?" And she doesn't wear it on her sleeve.
