If he were, he'd never have suggested "stop and frisk." He's talking to his white, older potential voters, who are blindly scared to death of anyone who doesn't look like they do.

Stop and frisk is pure racial profiling, and always has been. And that's just fine with some people, apparently.

His use of the term is proof that he cares not one whit about the black vote.
