18. I grew up in Piqua, north of Cincy. I moved away for collage.

My dad and mom were Eisenhower Republicans. He started a successful small business.

It was a pretty homogenous white area, some African Americans. The area has been hit pretty hard by Resganomics and Republican policies. Unfortunately, like Kansas, people vote against their own self interest.

Also, Ohio has one of the lower rates of college educated people. Since Cleveland and Columbus are the opposite, many of those less educated people are in that part of Ohio, which is more like Kentucky. Obama won by mobilizing a coalition that defeated that part of the state. I hope Hillary can do the same.
