The owner of the car museum models his business practices after Trump's. He is rumored to not pay in full for work done and to leave workers un- or under paid.

I wouldn't be surprised if he "contributed" the use of his facility and expects some favors from Trump in return.

I almost bought into MLC back when they first got started - when Chuck (who later started Mad Dog Construction) building the geodesic dome resulted in Leon County's first building regulations. Between the type of land - too steep and too wooded to make good pasture for horses - and my total disinterest in being part of a cohesive group, I decided I would be better off finding my own place and just being friends with the MLC crowd. Forty years later, that definitely was the right choice for me.
