To much like living w/ a HOA. I understood the concept and appreciate the what they did, but didn't think I would be happy in that environment.

I'm sure I've met Chuck before. Mad Dog's been around a long time. I have a good friend, Randy and his ex at that time, that lived in a Geo homes.
