this is where its gets a bit dicey. The laptop was a shared laptop between huma and anthony with anthony being the main person to use it. But the FBI does not give 2 shits. atleast not at this stage of the game. Huma used the laptop, its not a secured laptop, it contained emails relevent to the investigation and it was not turned over to the FBI as per the perjury agreement huma signed.

The other issue is not just the fact that it was physically on the laptop but the sheer AMOUNT of the emails. You might be able to make the case that you downloaded couple of emails on a device as a slip of memory or a good reason you can come up with. 10,000? yeah that number is bit tougher.. like a lot of bit..

HERE is what doesnt make sense to me AT ALL.. how the fuck did those emails end up on that laptop that a rat bastard like anthony could get a hold off. and two if huma didnt put them there (which if you trust huma and clinton this is a very pluasable explanation) WHY IN GODS NAME DID anthony not delete those emails before the NYPD came snooping around. ONCE the british tabloid text messages were released.

ANTHONY weiner with a bleach kit, hand sanitizer whatever the fuck he could get a hold off of should have been busy day and night deleting any and everything he could that could get him and hes wife in trouble. The fact that the NYPD detective just walked on this 10,000 emails REAKS of stink. It does make it believeble huma didnt know about them as IF SHE DID , then any same person and smart person (irelevent of wether they are innocent or guilty) would have been busy deleting the shit out of those.

The fact that those emails were NOT deleted before the authorities got to them means, that either huma didnt know about them (which makes sense) or she KNEW about them but didnt turn them over to the FBI or forgot to delete them before the FBI came knocking which with how smart HUMA IS can no way be even remotely true.

or last but not least..

Anthony kept those emails and knew about them and basically said nothing. which if true.. i hope this bastards not only goes to jail but accidenly throws himself of a building because you dont release the amount of damage that this one single man has done.
