Rove proves that he doesn't understand what the real problems facing Republicans is. It's not the skin color of the speaker (there are plenty of white Democrats), it's not the messaging, it's the POLICIES! And most people will (rightly) reject the policies whether they're touted by blacks, hispanics, gays, etc.

Not that I hope they ever actually figure it out...........
