(4,695 posts)33. Roberts decisions makes it possible for States to say no to the ACA, no to Medicaid Expansion and
no to voter rights. In Texas, voters rights is now a State issue set up by Roberts. Roberts' Medicaid Resolution is now a State issue except for those of low income on Medicare already. Texas ACA implementation is now a State Issue.
