Wait a second, that's not news at all.
You wouldn't know that from all of the breathless hype of a poll showing that President Obama was ranked by 35% of the respondents as the worse president since WWII. And Reagan winning the "best" category.

Turns out, this is merely the function of the Teapublicans all agreeing that Reagan is the second coming of Christ, and that Obama is the antichrist.
Which is not news.
Why did Obama edge out Bush II? Because there are so many deserving candidates on the Republican side--Nixon winds up stealing a lot of votes from Bush II.
