(33,733 posts)I'm in NJ - and we saw an almost flawless liberal/progressive Gov. candidate deal with a National Party that just wanted to roll over and throw their hands up in the air at Christie.
I almost think they did it (ignored her) just to keep him relevant for 2016.
In the meantime - the people of NJ suffer.
We got the message loud and clear from the National Money People - we are only good at the 11th hour in a Presidential election and they'd throw us under the bus for said election. Good enough. Gotcha. Loud and clear.
So, I've taken my money and in 2014 directed 5 figures to the candidates I wanted to. I'll be doing the same going forward.
National Democratic Partys Fundraising Committees don't have a clue about NJ - and why we have such strong pockets of conservatives in the state.
