3. Sanders isn't as well-known as Clinton, so...

If the far right sticks to four specific attacks:

1. Bernie is a self-admitted socialist, and no REAL American wants to be a (shudder!) COMMIE PINKO BASTARD!

2. Bernie's $15 per hour minimum wage will send prices through the roof and kill half the jobs in America while it's at it

3. If Bernie gets his free college plan, you'll need a master's degree if you want to keep your job*

4. Bernie's universal healthcare plan will be worse than Obamacare

...and these attacks gain traction with the electorate, we're looking at best-case 437 any Republican-98 Sanders (California, New York, Massachusetts and Vermont go blue, the rest red), worst-case 532 any Republican-3 Sanders. Remember folks, Democrats HAVE lost blue states before...witness Walter Mondale (who lost all but his own state), Michael Dukakis (who lost all of New England save his own state AND California), George McGovern (who lost, except for Mass., the entire country)...

Hillary's different: she's been in politics so long everyone knows what they're going to get, and the GOP has told so many provable lies about her they're on the verge of being the boys who cried wolf. If they actually find anything real about her, everyone who didn't tune their set to Fox and throw the knob away will think, "didn't you say that same shit last week and it was a lie then?" Remember, these assholes interrogated Hillary about Benghazi for eleven hours in October and her favorables went up. If Hillary is our candidate, regardless of the crap the GOP throws at her we're looking at an electoral map that looks quite a lot like Obama's 2008 one...and as we all remember, that election sent McCain back to Congress and Snowflake Snooki back to preside over turkey massacres.

* To some extent I think this is true. Student loans tie you to an employer in a down economy, which we will remain in as long as the Republicans refuse to allow anything that ever worked to stimulate it. The last thing in the world an employer wants is a staff that doesn't owe any money on their college educations. So...if bachelor's degrees become free, you'll need to bring in a master's if you want a job that now requires a BA.
