Pat Rynard is a former Democratic campaign staffer who has lived in Iowa for the past 12 years...He later went on to work for Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign, and has worked on a number of state legislative races in field and management roles, including serving as the statewide field director for the Senate Majority Fund.
And Iowa Starting Line gave out awards for best Iowa caucus campaigns--and gave them all to Hillary Clinton.
