They're always tilted about 4 %-points, much more than that and he may still win but not by a large enough margin.

It can't be helped. Nobody can do anything about the voting machines since nobody complains or DEMANDS that the vote be verified by a reasonable (5% at least) audit of random precincts. Everybody who believes should say something EVERYDAY about the mess we have because of the voting machines. It has to be a part of the political revolution.
